Resource Recycling Council Membership Fee Regulations

These regulations, based on the bylaws of the Resource Recycling Council (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporation”), define matters related to membership fees that members should pay and aim to facilitate smooth activities.

The term of this corporation starts on January 1 and ends on December 31 each year.

1 Members must pay the membership fees specified below according to their membership type.

• （1）Regular Member 100,000 yen per unit annually, one or more units
• （2）startup member 20,000 yen per unit annually, one or more units
• （3）Approval Member Free of charge
• （4）Supporting Member Membership fee determined separately
• （5）Special Member Free of charge

2 When hosting special gatherings such as events or seminars, if necessary, an appropriate participation fee may be charged according to the membership type.

3 If a member joins during the term or changes their membership type, the membership fee may be adjusted upon consultation with the secretariat.

Membership fees already paid shall not be refunded for any reason whatsoever.

Amendments or abolitions of these regulations shall be approved by a resolution of the General Assembly.

These regulations shall come into effect on September 21, 2023.

1 Notwithstanding Article 2 of these regulations, any member who becomes a Regular Member or startup member of this corporation by the end of December 2023 and has paid at least one unit of the 2023 annual membership fee shall be deemed to have paid the corresponding number of units of the 2024 annual membership fee.
2 This supplementary provision shall be deleted as of the end of December 2024.
