Unlike typical industry associations consisting of companies in the same sector, the Resource Circulation Promotion Council (General Incorporated Association) is an organization where various entities that make up the carbon circular economy gather to collaborate and take action beyond industry boundaries. These entities include large corporations, startups, manufacturing and sales operators, waste-generating operators, collection and transport operators, recycling operators, and financial institutions, as well as local governments, experts, ministries, and related organizations.

Members are divided into five categories: "Regular Members" and "Startup Members" who act together; "Endorsing Members" who agree with the purpose of the council's activities; "Supporting Members" who aid and support the activities; and "Special Members" who possess specialized knowledge and are recommended by members.
In addition to the members, we also have participation from "Sponsors" who support and collaborate with the council's activities, and "Observers" from government agencies and public institutions whose opinions are sought as necessary.

Through cross-industry collaboration, you can expect this to be a place where innovation is born—establishing cutting-edge technologies, building bold and highly effective business models, and encouraging changes in consumer behavior.

For those considering membership
If you are unsure which membership category suits you best, we recommend starting by signing up as a "Supporting Member" (free of registration and annual fees).
As a Supporting Member, you will enjoy benefits such as receiving RRC Magazine (packed with the latest insights on resource and carbon circulation). Additionally, you will receive invitations to events and seminars that provide excellent networking opportunities with key stakeholders across the resource and carbon circulation sectors.
After joining, you can easily upgrade to other membership categories, such as Regular Member, whenever you wish to actively participate in our projects.
